Who we are

XactInsure (Sunterra Energy Solutions LLC DBA XactInsure) is an independent insurance agency based in Cape Coral, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect on xactinsure.net and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone, email, ZIP code and anything you type into a quote request, contact form or chat.
• Form metadata: the page and form the submission came from, a timestamp, and marketing attribution (e.g. UTM parameters) so we can follow up responsibly.
• Basic analytics: pages visited and button clicks, via Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization handled by Google.

How we use it

• To contact you about the insurance products you asked about, by phone, text or email.
• To prepare the comparisons and quotes you requested.
• To improve the site and measure which pages help people.

AI chat assistant

Our site may offer an AI assistant. Your chat messages are processed to generate a reply; the conversation is not used to train third-party models. Don't share sensitive information (full Social Security number, medical records) in chat — an agent will collect what's needed through secure channels.

Consent records

When you submit a form, we store the consent language shown to you and its version, along with the time of submission, so we can prove what you agreed to.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share your information with third parties beyond the carriers involved in quoting, and the service providers that operate this site (hosting, analytics, form delivery).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted and stored access-controlled. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect to reduce risk.
